Autonomous Supermarket
Building checkout-free retail with computer vision and sensor fusion
Challenge:
Traditional supermarkets are labor-intensive, have long checkout lines, struggle with waste management, and lack real-time inventory insight. The client wanted to create a frictionless shopping experience while reducing operational costs and building a community gathering place.

Rewarding users for their data, building trust through transparency
Challenge:
Traditional loyalty programs are fragmented (different card for every store), lack transparency (points expire mysteriously), and don't reward users for the value of their data. Brands waste money on poorly targeted ads. Users feel exploited, not rewarded.

Why this matters:
We flipped the model: users are partners, not products. When people control their data and share in the value, they engage more authentically. Brands get better insights. Users get fair rewards. Trust replaces extraction.
